LEFT GUARD

Starter: Andrew Norwell

One of Carolina’s most underrated talents is at left guard where the 2014 undrafted free agent, Andrew Norwell, has dominated over the last two seasons. While third-year pro Trai Turner gets all the attention at right guard, Norwell has proved to be just as valuable and productive as both a pass and run blocker and helps to give the Panthers one of the league’s top, young guard duos.

Backup: Daryl Williams

As mentioned before, Williams’ ability to play almost every position on the line should make him the Panthers’ go-to backup if need be. During Norwell’s brief injury absence in 2015, Williams helped out at left guard and was able to provide a solid backup option and with another year of experience should be the guy behind Norwell as well.
