Week 12: at New York Jets

The Carolina Panthers head north to take on their final AFC opponent of the 2017 season, the New York Jets.

The Jets took a major step back last year, finishing the year 5-11. They have major questions at a number of areas, but none more important than at quarterback.

Josh McCown was a free agent signing for the Jets this offseason. However he has dealt with injuries most of his career and the Panthers have a good chance of facing Bryce Petty, Christian Hackenberg or possibly a rookie.

If the Panthers hope to be in the playoff race, this is a must win for them late in the season.

Result: Win (8-3)
