Quintez Cephus (Wisconsin)

Quintez Cephus has gone under the radar somewhat during the evaluation process. But he is going to be a really good addition to any team that takes him on.

The versatile player can operate on the outside or in the slot with equal effectiveness. Cephus was a victim of his surroundings at Wisconsin and would have a much better prospect of being taken high in the NFL Draft is he played in a more potent offensive scheme.

He has also dealt with off-the-field concerns that Cephus has since been cleared of which kept him out of action for the majority of 2018. The player reaffirmed his position as one of the country’s most talented wideouts with a productive final season in the college ranks.

This resulted in 59 receptions for 901 yards and seven touchdowns. Cephus’ ability to play in different of the field offensively is something that is going to make him a hot commodity on wither day two or three next month.

There is no doubt the Carolina Panthers could do with someone like Cephus. He is projected to be a mid-to-late round selection and may even go higher if a team has become enamored with him after studying the player’s tape.
