4 young quarterbacks the Carolina Panthers could trade for in 2022

Jalen Hurts – Philadelphia Eagles
This might be a little unrealistic considering how influential Jalen Hurts has been for the Philadelphia Eagles this season. But if someone like Deshaun Watson or Russell Wilson becomes available then it might alter the NFC East team’s mindset this offseason.
If this scenario comes to fruition, then it should put the Carolina Panthers on red alert. Hurts has proven more than capable of being a starting-caliber quarterback at the next level and he is still young enough to develop further in the coming years.
Hurts is exciting, fast, a supreme leader of men, and a dual-threat under center. Something the Panthers haven’t had since Cam Newton was in his prime and it’s been sorely missed.
It would take a bombshell change of heart for the Eagles to give up on Hurts. And draft capital the Panthers simply don’t have for one of the league’s most promising young signal-callers is another obvious stumbling block.
Carolina wouldn’t be alone in wanting Hurts, which is another potential complication. But landing the Oklahoma product would instantly upgrade their fortunes under center and it’s a trade that would entice the fans for good measure.
This is probably a pipedream. However, stranger things have happened in the NFL and the Eagles’ interest in Watson was well documented before the player’s legal matters surfaced.
