What are some burning questions Carolina Panthers fans are asking ahead of their crunch Week 1 clash against the Cleveland Browns?

Excitement is building, but there are some key issues surrounding the Carolina Panthers ahead of their first game of the regular season against the Cleveland Browns. Many fans are excited for the start of the campaign following an offseason of much debate and conversation surrounding the team after they acquired quarterback Baker Mayfield, who comes up against his old employers in Week 1.

Training camp and the preseason gave us a sneak peek at what the Panthers could be on offense and defense. There is plenty to be excited and optimistic about, including a new signal-caller and revamped offensive line.

The Panthers are entering a crucial season under head coach Matt Rhule, who is 10-23 over his first two years and is very much in the hot seat going into the 2022 regular season. He will be looking to prove to the rest of the NFL and owner David Tepper that he can be a winning coach at this level.

There is no doubt that fans are excited about the upcoming season. General manager Scott Fitterer kept his word and improved the offensive line and traded for Mayfield to also bolster the most important position in football. The front office also addressed priorities at safety, No. 2 running back, and No. 2 defensive tackle.

You, the fans, have some questions that would like to be answered about your favorite football team. Let’s take a look at four such burning questions ahead of Sunday’s clash at Bank of America Stadium.
