Week 2: vs. Buffalo

The Carolina Panthers will find a familiar face on the opposite sideline as they have their home opener against the Buffalo Bills. The Panthers’ defensive coordinator for the past six years, Sean McDermott, accepted the head coaching job of the Buffalo Bills this offseason.

This will be an interesting matchup as both teams have many similarities. Both teams are built around strong running games with a mobile quarterback on offense as well as stout defensive front seven. However, the Panthers have the more talented roster and that will be the difference here.

Result: Win (2-0)
